Q: What size can I enlarge my images to?
A:The range and quality of digital cameras is huge and the quality settings within these devices is even larger ! If you need some help, email the image to us and a member of the team will help you.

Q: Does my canvas print come ready to hang and how deep is the canvas away from the wall ?
A: All our canvas prints are ready to hang and framed. Our stretcher bars are 1.5 to 3 cm. deep .

Q: Can you make my own photograph, picture or artwork into a canvas print?
A: Yes, we can use your own image digital image to create a photo canvas or acrylic print . Please contact us with your exact requirements.

Q: What is a Canvas Wrap?
A: We will produce your Canvas in one of three formats, with or without a wrap-around edge, often referred to as “Box Canvas” or “Gallery Wrap”. This is when the image folds around the edges of the frame to provide the most popular way of mounting your photo canvas print. If no wrap is required, then the photographic image is presented squarely on the front of the canvas and will have plain white or your chosen coloured edge for a more contemporary look. Please specify when completing your order. The default option is white edges.

Q: The canvas print size I want isn’t listed. Can you supply my canvas print in a bespoke size?
A: Yes, we have the new online ordering system, the length plus width of the closest size on the price list will be an accurate price.

Q: Will the colours on my canvas print be the same as what I see on my monitor?
A: We try to ensure that the colours you see are as close as possible to the actual printed canvas print. Unfortunately we can not guarantee an exact colour match as on screen colours will vary dependent upon your monitor settings and resolutions. Please Note: Colours will vary from computer screens. We use Adobe (1998) colour space with a colour source of 6500k (daylight) or sRGB. Our screens and printers are calibrated on a regular basis to maintain accurate colour. If your receive your product and it is not the same as what your screen displays, it means your screen is not calibrated correctly. If colour accuracy is most important to you, please calibrate your screen to the print industry standard as listed above using a spectrometer. Ensure no part of your screen is exposed to direct sunlight and no bright lights are shining on your screen – your screen should be the brightest light source in the room. This will give you a reasonable representation of the printed product. Our experienced staff will ensure all colours are natural and true to life.

Q: Can I order a canvas print and have it to be sent to another address?
A: Yes you can. Just e-mail us your requirements when you check out and we will post your canvas print to the address provided.

Q: Which debit and credit cards do you accept to pay for my canvas print?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards also accept payments via PayPal

Q: Can I pay by cheque or online bank transfer for my canvas print?
A: Yes, send us your cheque in the post and once payment has cleared, we will ship your canvas print to you.

Q: How long will it take for my canvas print to arrive at my address?
A: We aim to ship all canvas prints within 7 – 10 working days of you placing your order.
